I would suggest going over to the Photos section of the site. You can then upload larger images there. You are allowed (if I remember right) up to 500kb per image with a 5MB maximum space allowed.
None -yet. Until then FunBuggy (EZ-Go) will have to do!

Cisco provided this link Microsoft Re-sizing Program to a free Microsoft resizing program in the photos section. I've not tried it, but a bunch of guys have and said it was a snap. You might want to download it and give it a try. You'll need to page down on the right side of the page until you see the "ImageResizer" listed. Just click on that and follow the instructions.
