Snow CK3510 Tire Chains

Hey guys, so I've searched but couldn't seem to find an answer about tire chains. I have a CK3510 and recently sold my plow truck and bought a quick attach power angle snow plow. I'm looking into tire chains and origanially planned on buying a set for the front but now I think I'd rather buy a rear set. Question is, do I need spacers to run a rear set? I run R1 ag tires if that makes a difference? Also, any recommendations on which chains to run. I was thinking either double ring or a H pattern set. Thanks

One of which is, Forum-General Forums- Attachments-Tractor tire snow chains,
I can't tell you if you need spacers.
I will say that as far as I am concerned after using most all styles of chains over the years that the only ones I would recommend to anyone are the European style such as these.
The traction is the best the ride is the smoothest and they just work the best,
This is my opinion which I've have developed over the course of 50 years of mounting using and cussing tire chains.

These are the best style I have found and used, excellent traction, smooth ride on pavement, the best;

These type chains are also easier on front axles as the traction is continuous not grab, slip, grab, slid they are also more money the ladder or the duo-grip type which to me have the roughest ride unless you are in mud or deep snow.

Double ring chains are good in super deep snow or mud, not for snow plowing the ride is very rough on frozen ground.

I have a ck3510se and was wondering the same thing. If I can put chains on with ag tires in the narrow position.

I ended up buying a set a of H pattern chains for the rear tires from tirechains.com and they fit great. I didn't get spacers and clearance isn't an issue. Only needed to plow 2 or 3 times so far and I have no complaints.

Although I don't have a 3510, I do have a 27 hst with R 4s. I can tell you this, I got my 'H' pattern chains from Canadian chain . com and slapped them on 3 winters ago. They have never been off the tractor since. They are rough riding, period.

I took a set of chains that fit 265-70-17 and cut them to length and used the extra cross links to make a staggered I pattern on the chains. I found some old Monkey Links to attach the extra links and cut down an old set of chains to use the cross links so I'd have enough to finish the project. Now I can steer the tractor when pushing snow on an off cambered grade.

I have been using the Aqualine MPC chains- great traction, good ride, and minimum damage to surfaces. They require minimal clearance, plenty of room on my CK3510 with industrial tires.
