CK3510SE ROPS wire diagram?

If they are mounted by magnet and plug into a cigarette lighter type outlet, it is likely that the ground is carried in the wire rather than chassis. I would ask OP what happens if he wiggles the plug around? Maybe he already figured it out, since he hasn't been back since bumping the post yesterday AM.

Ya, but the wiring on 12volt cig outlet may not be tight, or plug loose. I just know leds dont play nice with loose grounds. Could also be Chinese special lights. I had a set of ebay chinese special back up lights for my work truck. Didnt even make it thru 1 winter. I switched out to Cree lights 5 years ago, still going bright.

Lights are on a custom harness, that isn't the issue. Just had them plugged into my truck and everything works fine.

The cig outlet is dead for some reason.

I was looking at it yesterday and the plug on the backside of the cig lighter looked a little suspect. Was able to get a long flat blade driver in there and push it back together without having to disassemble anything

Certainly explains why I could not find a fuse issue. The cig light is in a bad spot and interferes with the seat. I'll probably buy a new one/relocate.

Also working on adding switches to the dash for the lights. Once the diagram downloads I'll decide if I can steal power or if I am running a dedicated fuse panel from the battery.

I added some work lights to my ck3510 last night. Since the round flashers mounted off the ROPS were badly busted long ago by the previous owner, i took them off. They seem sorta redundant anyway, since the fender lights flash brightly to the rear already anyway. So it was a good spot to mount my spare set of work lights, until i bust them off anyway. I give it a year, tops.

However I couldn’t just use the existing flasher wiring, since i dont want my work lights to flash, obviously. So i used the existing ground, but for power just spliced into the tail light wire on each side (brown with white stripe, on mine). Then i swapped the 20amp “tail light / headlight” fuse for a spare 25amp fuse. Hasn’t blown yet lol.

You can’t just swap fuses. The wires are rated to carry a certain amperage. You can melt the wires before the fuse blows. More than likely the leds won’t exert much draw on the system, but you should replace the old fuse.

I'm not sure it contains the SE diagrams. The SE(not cab) seems to be the redhead step child in the lineup....
