Claas rolant 62 round baler

I recently purchased a used Class 4X5 round baler. The pressure guage was bad so i purchased a new guage and installed it. As It starts off at 140 psi like it supposed to but as the bale size increases, the pressure decreases down to 100 psi instead of increasing. Anyone know the problem?

check to see if your cylinders are allowing the tail gate to open. If the cylinders are ok the 80bar switch is supposed to keep gate shut
