They look good and the pair I have do come in handy... my biggest problem is my BX bucket is not strong enough to use them without deflecting the bucket unless I use the kind with the additional chain support or place them right next to the bucket sides.

I've never bent the bucket on the 4310.....and trust me I have abused the heck out of it. A couple of guys that bought these forks picked up a piece of 3" x 1/4" wall angle iron and clamped it between the fork clamps and the bucket......makes it a bit more rugged.

Clamp on forks should be used for lighter loads.....if you have a lot of heavy duty work....it would be best to pay more and get the skid steer mount types.

OK, Jim, where you at? Maybe I can come have a look-see.

Oh, I see you work down the road. (Daughter's over at CREARE.) PM me if you wish, I'd like to see your forks; I currently have a "quick-fix/limited use" set of slip-on PT 2 x 4s, but they obviously won't last long....

Jim,nice looking forks. I sure hope you have liability insurance on them. The first person that messes up and gets hurt or hurts someone or something, will be suing the heck out of you. The other day we had a guy in a tractor accident on the road. So I thought it might be a good idea to see if my homeowners covered my tractor off the property. It does not, they want $900.00 a year to cover the tractor and liability. People are sue crazy anymore,I am going to try and find a cheaper quote.

I have plenty of liability insurance. You can't sell anything today without the risk of getting sued.

I actually put separate (from my homeowners) insurance on my Kubota 4310 as well as my RTV900......sometimes I wander off my property to help out my neighbors!

That is good to hear,my problem is I gave 2 of my daughters 5 acres each and I have to go on the road to plow their drive. Just curious is your quote less then mine, and if so what company are you with? I am with Nationwide, they are suppose to be giving me a farm bureau discount.

It is about $100 annually for each unit.....I believe it is from National Grange Mutual.
