My iseki tu2100f is having clutch problems.
The pedal won't return all the way up and the clutch is getting stuck. I can depress and disengage the clutch just fine however the pedal will return half way up with out engaging. If i life it up with my foot it snaps into place. Needless to say this is aggrevating. At first I thought the springs or pedal needed to be oiled but now it seems like the little lever that comes out of the casing is what is getting stuck. Any ideas?

Also what is recommended tire pressure for these tractors?

I have a Bolens G214 (TE3210F) and from the get go the clutch was so easy to push in it had no 'feel' so I've added 3 extra springs a la Fleet Farm under tha left step. It alway came all the way up tho. I would be worried about some internal derangement assuming the pivot is all greased and free. I got 1300+ hours and have never touched the clutch.

Good morning Ray /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif. Although my clutch is not the stiffest in the world it does have feel to it. There is a noticable free play zone at the top of the pedal travel. As you disengage the clutch you should feel it get easier to push down as you near the bottom, kinda like an over center cam. Also in another post you help a gentleman with some info as to where to get parts. You mentioned our tractors were the same as a White field boss 21, available at AGCO dealers. Do you think an AGCO dealer would have a head light switch and a shifter boot that would work on a G214? Also I finaly decidied to join this forum, so I am a new member, but I have spoken to you before. Did you ever repair the seal leek on your front axle. My waterpump is still working just fine. That should give you a hint. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Tazman, Here is a list for Iseki parts. I, infact, got a shift boot from my local Cenex dealer before they dropped Agco/White. The parts book was exactly like the Bolens book except the middle column numbers were different. The numbers to the far right are the Iseki parts number. Derrick of Rainbow Distributors, Inc. Hawaii sent the seal for the front axle and thats all fixed. I also got a seal from Kuehn Implement, Neilsville WI, an old White dealer now under the Agco tent, so I have a spare. Here is the list of Iseki/Bolens part sources including Rainbow;

My Bolens G214 is in my Gallery under photos.
Email me so I can re-establish contact thru my TBN url- my computer recently crashed and lost addresses

Tazman, re light switch; the EOM switch was a two stage deal. Only one stage worked on mine so I just wired a 2d switch into the circuit and put it below the EOM switch below the instrument cluster on the more vertical surface (had to drill a hole kind of opposite the ignition key) and put a flap of vinyl shingle-like over it to shed water /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif The EOM switch is setting in the rain /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I have had several different shafts get sticky like that. They usually are rusty. A good soaking with PB Blaster usually does the trick. It might take several applications with some working it back and forth to loosen it up. Brake shafts are the worst about doing that.
