Hey Guys looking for some help. My tz22da has a Cms 60 has 3 high lift blades that I swap in the spring and then mid summer to ensure the blades are sharp.. Since I changed blades in the spring my blades seem to spin free on the hubs as if I cannot get enough tension on the blade to tighten it.. I am thinking the convex crush washers permanently crushed. Do any of you have any experience with this problem? I looked at new washers at NH and they are like 45. a piece x 2 each blade .. I don't mind spending the bucks but I am nto sure if that if that is the fix.

Any help is appreciated.

You may need the hardened shim washers (P/N 36622) that are sometimes required with the hi lift blades. The hi lift blades are thinner than the standard blades....

I just had to change my cup washers on my 54CMS as the blade was spinning on its own. I also changed the blade as the washers had worn a gouge into the surface of the blade. It all seemed to work.
