Coast Valve for RTV-X1140

I have a 2016 Kubota RTV-X1140. I am tempted to buy a coast valve to make the shifting easier and eliminate the harsh slow-down when you let off the gas. I found this one Kubota SFS Specialties Coast Valve Kit - Side By Side Stuff but it does not work on the X-series for some reason (costs ~$175). Here is one that is advertised for the X series. Coast Plug Kit for Kubota RTV X-Series. ($75) Orange aftermarket carries both. The $75 "coast valve" looks like little more than a plug. Does anyone have any experience with this latter plug? If it will work, then fine. But compared to the looks of the other plug, it looks too simple to actually work.
