Cobra 2 way radios./Heavy duty canvas carrier?

I bought a set of Cobra 2 way radios for use on the farm.
Where is a good place to buy a weather proof carrier for these radios so I can hang one on my tractor?
Also I was thinking of a way to carry my saw a few wedges and chains etc other than a tool box,I would not mind a tool box but I can not think of a way to mount it on my tractor,if I put it on the rollbar behind the seat it would restrict my view of the 3 point hitch.
