Hi there. Now that I got you attention. I hope you can offer me a few suggestions on this situation.
First, I have about 60 L feet of colonial casing(pine)..It was originally stained and 14 years ago was painted with a blue latex paint.I have it removed now, and would like to strip it back to the stain, so i can use a dark stain on it.Purchasing new is a bit pricey for the small amount I have to do,so Im looking for another way. I tried to sandblast it but the blaster doesnt work well, some parts can be belt sanded but getting into the small areas is the tough part. I was wondering if anyone has used one of those rotary sander ?similiar to this one

Or do you feel the only way is to belt sand what I can and then hand sand the small parts? Thanks for your input.
