https://www.profi.com/forum/showthread.php?1491-DISABILITY-ADAPTATIONS-FOR-TRACTORS worth a try getting phone number and asking major manufactures... i would imagine bigger companies due get calls for disabled folks. other words get away from local dealers, and move up into the regional if not contacting the "corporate head offices" directly. my assumption is, there are less disabled folks buying tractors everyday, and due to that, there more likely someone higher up in the corporate offices, that has been singled out. that deals with stuff. more likely an engineer or like.
as long as there is room to grab a hold of a rod / linkage or cable. you should be able to modify pretty much any tractor for yourself.
clutch, left rear break pedal, right rear break pedal, and then.....
rocker pedal for hst (heel for reverse, toe for forward), or general gas/fuel/go pedal that ya just press down, for more power / RPMs with a generic hand lever for switching between forward/reverse.
4 possible pedals. how many on left vs right is the question?
some setups have "cruise control" like option a hand lever by steering wheel for example. that you can set, and tractor stays pace at those RPMs. other words not a switch like cars/trucks. but an actual old school hand control gas/throttle hand lever. though to be honest... ya might want to double check on that.
a TLB (tractor loader backhoe) more so a TLB that is specifically comes with a backhoe, were you can pull a lever under seat and do a 180 degrees turn in seat to operate backhoe. should have a hand operated throttle lever on right hand side (facing forward) left hand side (if operating backhoe). so when you are turned around on backhoe, you can adjust the throttle. without having to turn around and press on the gas/go pedal (normally right foot) granted this hand control lever may not be optimal placement when turned so you can see what you are doing driving straight on and not operating backhoe. but.... something to think about. most of the newer agriculture based TLB's the backhoe comes off so you have access to 3pt hitch. and that is what i am getting to... get a model specific TLB, and see about not getting the backhoe. so you have hand control lever to adjust throttle (via backhoe control lever on side). plus "cruse control leveler option. you will just need to see how rest of controls operate for reversing, clutching....
some tractors, full left and full right turns. maybe turning steering wheel multi times, or only half a turn of steering wheel. point getting at. if you need hand control lever that is mounted on steering wheel. it might be something of how much you need to turn steering wheel.
a cab tractor is more likely to have "handle bars" to get in and out of the cab. vs open station (no cab) tractor.

regardless of what you find, or end up doing, i encourage you post what ya find or not find. i know there be a good amount of other disable folks that have said stuff over the years here on the forum asking for help. and more likely someone will remember if ya post some info of goods/bads.
