Kubota L4400
I have a Kubota L4400HST, the book says PTO HP is 26.8, it is a Cat 1 3pt hitch.

I have an opportunity to buy a Ford 8N with attachments including a 4 ft brush hog, two bottom plow, 5 ft drag blade, and discs. Can any of these OR OTHER implements be interchanged between the two tractors?

I believe the L4400 has more like 38 PTO HP, if TractorData is to be believed. It's a mighty big tractor for those implements.

Since both are cat 1 hitches, they should work but the L4400 is a bigger and stronger tractor. So it could handle bigger equipment. The 8N is only rated 23 PTO hp. Depending on the hp rating of the transmission of the brush hog, it might over power it, but think it would work fine. The problem I see is that it would take u half again longer to bush hog as compared to a 6' width.

Other than not being efficient with your time, the implements will work fine.

I pull a King Kutter 48" Standard Duty Rotary Cutter, Howse 66" Disc Harrow and 60" Bush Hog (brand) Rollover Box Blade behind my lighter B3300SU with 25-hp/PTO without problems.

Here are the specs on Cat 1 hitches/tractor power which will be useful to you:
