Questions with Questions don't help you much, but this is the best I can offer.
Go to your local truck / tractor supply and look for something called a "universal tractor fluid" or something similar.
Sometimes they will be called UTF, TDH, THF etc.
Then flip the container over and usually (usually I said) they will have a chart or such on the back that says something like "meets specifications" and then will have a list. Look for the ford section, then look for the numbers 134, and then it will usually have a letter after it, currently they are on D, I think the vintage of your tractor it was C, so, C or D would be fine in my opinion.
If it does not have a data sheet on the container, sometimes you will need to run one down from the manufacturer or off their website.
To the best of my knowledge, most major oil suppliers produce a Universal type tractor fluid.
If it were mine, I would run the 134 fluid (whatever I decided met that spec) in the Powwer steering as well. SG will probably chime in here and may have some more insight, but most those things will at least work with the 134 then you have the same fluid.
As far as the engine oil, any diesel truck rated engine oil currently available should be fine. My personal preference is Rotella, but there are bunches out there and I would look for something of decent quality that I could repeatedly and easily buy.
If you have difficulties finding the specs on the products available to you, post the names and part #s readilly available too you and I can probably track down the spec sheets.
