In April, I took delivery of a YM2000 with FEL, backhoe and drag box from RCO Tractor,whom I highly recommend, and I have never been so happy with a piece of equipment. The power, maneuverability and ease of operation is nothing short of amazing. I have been operating equipment for about 45 years but nothing compares to the sheer joy I feel with this little tractor. My wife says I smile constantly while I'm playing, I mean working. I named it L'il Mo after her.
I researched all makes and models of compact tractors for several months before deciding on the YM2000. My decision was due in large part to those of you in this forum. The exuberance, pride of ownership and above all, the willingness to help others is inspirational. I owe you all a debt of gratitude. Thank you and keep on Yanin'!

Which backhoe is that? I bought a small 3-point one one (dig 6'5" max, reach 7'6") but I think now that size tractor can handle the next larger size backhoe. Is yours a simple 3-point mount or subframe-based? What brand?

And I know what you mean about driving around grinning! These things are the greatest toys ever.

Hey California. The backhoe is a 3 point RCO #2. John and Stuart at RCO Tractor have them custom made for them. It came as part of the package I bought so I don't know exact cost. It works great. Not too heavy and folds up compactly for transport, It just fits on a 16' trailer. The entire tractor weighs in just under 3000# so it pulls easily with my pickup. It digs 6.5+ and has overall reach of 9'. I don't believe it comes in your color.

what is wrong with california's color? i like that color. my240D is that color. besides red and green are purty
