Compression test gone wrong

hello to all I Have a 1983 1510 ford
I was going to test the compression of my tractor with the injector out
and I Blew out the small metal flat ring with a hole in it, and I can't find it
does anybody know where I might find another one, or whats it called

It's a compression seal washer. They're usually made of copper or aluminum, but some are mild steel.

Your local dealer should be able to get one, or any diesel fuel injection shop will be able to get you one if they have a sample to go by.

I Have a copper washer and the other piece that got lost was a Bowl looking with a hole in it, thats reset Is this what your talking about?

I'm having a hard time picturing the missing piece. Sometimes there's a domed washer as part of the hold down arrangement, but that would be external to the injector hole, it fits over the stud that holds the injector clamp in place.

It is called a Yoke.

I have used a Pluming supply for the copper washer.

G'day i think what you are refering to is like a ball cut in half with a hole in the middle for the inj nozzle to go through and it sits in the inj tube below the copper washer, these are usually there to hold the injector tube in the head i think the only place to get on would be genuine.
