Kubota B3030HSDC
Hello all.I value your opinions on this forum.I currently have a Kubota B3030 HSDC that I am considering selling in favor of a JD 2032R.I went to the local dealership and was quoted $21,386 including some setup fees (before sales tax).Price was for the tractor, the H130 loader and engine block heater as well as the "roll-on-roll off" at $350 and ballast box ($228).Not sure why those were priced in there since I do not need those features. There's no doubt that this is not the dealer's "best price" since he kept on insisting that I come see him after shopping around.Realistically what should I be paying for this machine? Thanks,Andy.

Get on JD's Web site and do a build and take 15% off that price.

I bought a 2012 2720 for $19,400 (before sales tax) and that included the 61" 200CX loader, ballast box, front and rear work lights, and IMatch on the back. I believe the 2032 is the new version of the old 2720 and from what I've read the new pollution controls are adding a significant amount of money to the price. Hopefully you can get them to come down for the sale. Not sure if this helps but at least it'll give you an idea of what last year's model went for in this part of the country.

Good luck with your salespeople. I went to three dealers within an hour's drive before settling on the last one.

Funny you should mention pollution control since the salesman kept mentioning the "tier 4" engine. If this tractor is equipped with a DPF then it's a deal killer for me.I guess I have a little more research to do.Thanks.

What is the roll on/roll off?

RORO - My guess is a flatbed tow truck so that he can unload the tractor at his house?

He might be referring to a drive over mowing deck?

I just got one on order. It is $23.5K for 2032R with turf tires, 53" bucket and H130, and a 62D drive on deck with mulch kit. Plus a diverter valve. Doesn't include tax. I didn't really shop much because he offered me a really good trade on my 2210 with similar parts. Kept me from the pain and suffering of trying to sell it myself.
