CONTEST- 250,000 Posts-When, Where, & Who?

Folks, can you believe it?

It’s almost that magical time when some lucky TBN’er is gonna post the ¼ millionth post… a very major milestone here!

Since the 100,000 posts contest went so well… let’s do it the same way…

1) What date and hour will TBN hit 250,000 posts?
2) Under what forum will it be placed? {What color tractor wins?}
3) Which TBN member will post it?
4) Tell us in say +- 100 words or less, what being a member of TBN means to ya…

WOW, That seems like it was just a few weeks ago sence we were doing that one. I guess when time flys that fast, I am eather having fun, or getting old. I vote for bolth. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

As for who/when / or where? No Idea, I wil put in a vote for the attachment fourm though.

As for what TBN means to me? I have to say I value all the help, info, and frendship I have goten from this site. With moving back to the contry, after 20 years of city life, this site has helped me get back in the swing of things. Its also nice to know, that someone that does not have a real tractor, can fit in on a tractor board for the last 2 or so years. All, in all? I like it, and am happy. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

A small question for you since this is about posts. Why does the count not go up on threads, where you make more than one reply. I thought the count was supposed to go up every time you made a reply. Why do some members have a veteran post or higher when they do not have over the obligatory 500 posts. I really don't care about the number of posts I have, but when you start talking hats then it gets serious. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yeah 100,000 wasn't that long ago at all.

TBN is growing exponentially. It will take over the internet at this rate.

I was talking about the individual posts. I would attribute it to a computer glitch, not a plot to cheat someone out out of a ranking. I guess I had a senior momement /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif and got my rankings mixed up. I am still curious how some members can have a platinum or veteran status with post numbering in the 300s and 400s. The faq section states 500 for a platinum status. I am not trying to instigate or embarrass anyone and if I did then I apologize. I was simply curious!

Muhammad must have changed the limits for user level progression again. It used to be 350 posts for platinum but now I see it has increased to 500. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif I'm guessing Muhammad must have decided not to "demote" any users if the new limits would put them (and me /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif) into a different group.
