Hey all, new here, but looking for some info. I have been looking for a mower for my TZ24DA tractor (hydrostatic drive) and have found a Continental KTR 60A mower that mounts off the 3 pt and goes back under the belly of the tractor. I can get the mower to mount up by adding to the brackets on the 3 pt, but it looks like I won't be able to raise the mower due to the the square tube hitting on the transmission housing. If anyone is running one of these or has modified them in any way I would appreciate a little info.

My Ford 1100 had a Continental-Belton KTR48 belly mower. They have been bought out by Ag-Meier but evidently parts are still available. I called them at Ag-Meier and they were very helpful, they mailed me a manual free.

I had a similar issue, my tractor is relatively low. The deck could not be raised much without hitting the undercarriage of the tractor, in fact I had so little ground clearance that it was basically useless around my yard. Also it was a PITA to take on/off; in theory you disconnect it and drive over it with the tractor's rear wheels, but my tires are small and just spun. Nevertheless, it seemed to be a well made mower deck, solid enough.

Eventually I took it off and went to a rear finishing mower.
