Hi there,

I'de like to first thank you for taking the time to review my problem :), any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I was working on my land, I heard a Pop/boom/bang, and all the hydro fluid start to flow. I stopped the backloader right away and when to look at what appends.

Here it is

Sorry for the blurry image, Look like I moved when taking the picture.
The broken one is not the one on the foreground, but the one with a 90 degree connector.

My question is : first : Is that really the control valve ?
and what is the name of the hose / plug that is broken so that I can order the good one?
And :), do I need to change the complete hose ?

Thanks a lot,

Best regards

That is the backhoe control valve. Picture is too blurry to tell what broke. Hose? Fitting? I think that is the suction side/end of the control valve to the right.

If it is the hose that burst an new hose will be needed. If it is a fitting between the control valve and the hose that is broken, then only the fitting will need replaced (if it is not part of the hose assembly)

Hi, here is a little bit more information. I think I might have find out.

Here some picture:

The cable broke, in the back of the backhoes, and run all the way to the front.

I think It is this hose in yellow, offcourse, the longest/more expensive one.

Do you think it's logical ?

Looking at the schematic I would say this in the inlet line from the priority valve to your BH valve. It see every pressure pulse that the BH generates.

I don't have a clue where you live, but it is generally not necessary to order hoses. You should find lots of local sources in your town. Take the hose off, run it down to the hose shop and they will make you a new one. My only advice is that you may want to pull a piece of wire or something out with the hose, so you can use it as a pull to get the new hose back up. This is very easy. This is also a good time to survey your other hoses and get opinions of the group wether they should be replaced or not.

It does look like hose #51. Agreed, pull the hose and take it to shop and have a new one made, then you will be sure it's right.

Thanks for advices,

I was gonna order it from JDPart for 160$ , but I'll have a look around Quebec city if I find someone who does hose, Hope it will be cheaper :).

I should have used the Wire tricks Before I removed It.. (****).

Best regards.

In the states, I would look for a Hydrualic Repair shop, or a brake repair shop, or a good auto parts store. NAPA in our area makes hoses but i didn't say good in that sentence.
