I have been thinking for a while on this one and would like to get everyones input. I own a TYM t233 with the mid mount mower. For various reasons, I have removed the MMM and do not intend to be using it anymore. Which leaves me with the two hydraulic cylinders and lines still attached to the tractor. This is operated by a lever under the seat that can be moved left to right to raise and lower the deck.
Would it be possible to use those existing lines and cylinders (or at least the control of them) to cobble together a 3 point top and tilt kit? I have done some searching and havent found anyone that has specifically done this, I have seen homemade kits but nothing using the existing mid mount mower controls to control a top and tilt. I realize it may not be the BEST solution, but with the lever control, lines, and cylinders already there, I feel like it may be a CHEAP solution and one that would greatly increase my productivity with my box blade. I would even be open to the option of just having a TILT function if I cant have both with the current control. Thanks for your comments.
