Cool features of upgrade

I just noticed the little green stripe on a person's icon indicating they were the OP. Cool!

Confirmed. The "online now" dot is nice, too.

That is because he is only the Original Poster on his own thread.

Exactly. When I put up the OP it didn't have the stripe. Obviously, it didn't appear because it wasn't needed. I put up a second message to see if the stripe would appear and it did.

I also noticed a grey bar, under the avatar of another Member, denoting something like 'Today's' or 'This week's' top poster.

I don't know if that's a cool feature... but it was there.

This is a cool feature that shows the number of new posts in "My Home". It even puts a red dot on the TBN icon in my bookmarks.

Click the Bell to show the posts.

I think this note is cool because when I did what it said, it not only gave me a message box, it cured a long standing problem if not having the reply feature on YouTube.

Note: If you are unable to reply due to a missing message box, please clear your browser history and delete cookies from tractorbynet.com, then log in again. That should fix the issue.

But about those smileys: How many hundred generic smileys do we need? I really miss the older simple menu & choices. JM $.02
