I've done a few searches of the archives and my best 'AND' and 'OR' combinations have netted me nothing, but I know this has been discussed at length before.
I will be doing my two-year coolant replacement on my B2410 shortly. The owner's manual has a pretty hazy description of what type of coolant is required (mentions 'permanent type' and 'minimum glycol content', but nothing too specific). From what I understand, supplemental coolant additives (SCAs) are important to heavy-duty diesel engines, and some smaller diesel engines too(?). I'm wondering what Kubota owners here typically run:
- Regular ethylene glycol type (same as used in autos)
- Ethylene glycol with SCAs added separately
- Ethylene glycol pre-charged with SCAs
- Propylene glycol

Thanks!
