Hi, I was plowing snow when I noticed smoke and coolant leak on the snow. I opened the hood and I saw that the alternator-fan belt was free but not broken. It seems to be unevent.

Is the motor can be damaged? Is it common that a belt became loose like that? Is it difficult to change the belt? thank you for your help!

There is a slotted strut that holds the alt in a position where the belt is tight. Perhaps the bolt meant to clamp and hold the adjustment was left loose. The belt is probably not damaged. Just put it on and tighten it. Make sure to refill for the lost coolant. Spot check for a couple days to be sure all indications are good.

Rember to leave 3/8 to 1/2 inch of deflection in the belt at midspan of the belt. Just push on it moderately with your finger to check for the deflection. The idea is to leave a little slack so the bearings don't wear unnecessaryly but is not loose enough to throw the belt either.
