Ok so we've had a multitude of problems with this tractor. The most recent is that the main coolant line going into the bottom of the water pump leaks after running the tractor for more than 30 mins. The connection is tight and the line is not cracked. Also this winter the heater quit us which it does every year and when the tractor gets hot the AC leaks water like crazy and then stops working any help?

400 series had some "quality control issues"....But it sounds like you already know that...;)

Check around evap coil, cab filter, duct work, ect. for clogged air flow. Coil might be icing up. Also check condensate drain flow.

Be more specific on the "heater quit on us". What quit? (fan? air flow? is it blowing cold air?)

Yea i've seen that from the basic rubber components haha. It would make sense the coil is icing up because it drips water all over is there a way to fix that? When the heater quits it just blows cold air and i felt the coolant line running to the cab and didnt feel any fluid running through it i'll post a pic of the coolant leak.

coolant leak check water pump.heater quits =low coolant check water pump.air quits put on /off valve on heater line, the lines to the compressor have a disconnect .it stops up sometimes i think it is a ball that you have to remove.

We put a new water pump on it because it was over heating and was cracked. I do think that there is an on/off valve on a line below the cab going to the AC condenser i believe the valve was turned all the way closed? I'll post a picture because i'm not very familiar with tractor AC or heater systems as this is the first full cab tractor we've had

Ok so i ran the tractor for about 2 hours today with no leaks and the AC worked fine all i did was top off the antifreeze and snug down the clamps on the water pump. The radio did fall out of the tractor and the heater knob fell off but its what i've come to expect from operating this thing haha
