Could replacing the Dynamo assembly on my Kubota B6000 be the cure for constant coolant leaking from the overflow tube.

No. The dynamo only generates power to charge the battery. There is no water pump on the B6000. The coolant flows by convection. I would test or replace the radiator cap first if you are getting coolant out of the overflow and it is not overheating.

If there was a container connected to that hose, and it would "bubble" as it leak's,,
it could be the sign of a head gasket issue, air getting into the water jackets.
Do as Brian suggested, you could also have your rad pressurized and check for leaks.
