What type of coolant are you using for your M-F 1526 3 cylinder Iseky diesel engine.

The owners manual for my new 1526 only specifies "50/50 mixture ethylene glycol and water" on page 104. I'm not there yet but I figured when the time comes I'll use a name brand (Prestone) pre-mixed ethylene glycol.

Thank You for your reply; I've never changed the coolant on my 2018 1526 even though it does call for it annually she only has 120 hrs. on the clock. I'm going to be doing a coolant change on my M-F 50 as well, & I wanted to use the same type of coolant for both tractors the M-F 50 is a gasoline tractor, & I use Peak long life coolant on her which is good for 5 years. How do like your M-f 1526? Take care ,& thanks again. IMG_20201003_134009.jpg

I've only got 22 hrs. on it so far but I love it. The seat switch had to be tweaked after delivery and the trans. range selector can be a little sticky but otherwise perfect. Have you had any issues with yours?

No I have not had any problems with Nadine other than the placement of the oil filter when installing a new one; I did post a thread here on how I thought was the easiest way too remove, & install it. I agree that the drive lever for snail to rabbit can be a little stiff sometimes, & the lever to engage the 4 wheel drive can be stiff as well, But overall it has done everything that I need it to do which is to work with my dump truck. What I like most about it is frees up my other tractor Stella for wood splitting , & skidding logs out of the woods. They are both work savers, & compliment each other. I'm quite happy with her.

I use 50/50 green stuff in my 1533.
I ended up buying Peak, & it's called Asian green for engines that are made in Asia; It's a 50/50 mix good for 5 years, & for the older M-F I went with a Peak 50/50 green which is also good for 5 years. I can't believe all the different coolant colors, & the different applications. Thanks for your suggestion.
