Cooling system hose size?

Hey guys, got some decent weather in the 40s here today and took the sunny day to swap in the new water pump I got from Tommy. Very pleasantly surprised working on the engine here (first time ive done a major tear down of any sort on one of these type of motors). Everything is very easy to get to, the bolts make sense, theres lots of room to work. I like it.

Few things i noticed tearing it down though that will need fixing along the way.

1) the fan belt is totally shot, anyone know what size the belt is on a Yangdong Y380? Its so stretched and torn i dont trust my measurements.

2) My hoses are rotted out, im amazed it wasnt leaking more. I found the big rad hoses on Tommys, but couldnt find the little one off the top of the water pump. Anyone know dimensions on that? Id like to get this back together before weather hits again, and im gonna check out the local places to see if i can find some hose thatll work. The rad hose is just standard 2 inch OD, 1.5 inch ID. But that top one is 18mm ID or something strange...

3) Noticed what could be a bad gasket. See picture below. The front end of the engine just under the water pump has a "flappy" piece of gasket visible.

In general, anything else i should do when ive got it half torn down like this? This thing was obviously incredibly poorly maintained, but im gonna make that right.

We have all the hoses on our Website, type in Cooling on the search bar, it will bring up the upper, lower, bypass hose.They used 2- different size belts depending on the alt. bracket. Most common is a A-37 belt, if that one is to short it will be a A-38. The gasket material ? I don't think that's a issue and it does not look like its leaking

awesome, couldnt find the bypass hose.

Time for another order :/ i really should take things apart before i order so i dont end up paying shipping 8 times.

I've been using a Harbor Freight link belt for several years and I recommend it. This one:
Vibration Free Link Belt

It has already lasted longer than the original belt. It holds its tension much better than the original belt. But most important, you can put it on by loosening only the alternator. The belt routing on mine is such that you have to remove the fan shroud to get the belt around the pulleys. That requires moving the radiator.

I can change my belt without removing the shroud, just have to wind it between the blades to get it on. The bypass hose, I sued the removed one off my 3.8 V6 Thunderbird. It was the same heater hose off it that looked good but I replaced anyhow. That was about 10 years ago now so the OLD T-Bird hose is working great. lol

already yanked the shroud, so no biggie here.

That upper bypass hose is a 5/8 ID hose by the way, mine was just so eroded and decayed i couldnt measure it true. Found one at the local auto parts store, along with the belt. Gonna go back tomorrow see if they can line up the right rad hoses for me, if ive got it apart, might as well replace what i can, the rubber is pretty crumbly.
