Any one have problems with hard hydraulic lines, had one work harden and break.. only 50 hours on machine.. line was copper!! It's a return line it still...

If theres a filter in the return there may be some pressure. Seems like it would be safety bypassed at way less than 200 and copper would take that. Is there a lot of vibration or perhaps a return obstruction? Did it spurt violently?
Is this seeing vibration? Suspect yes since that would lead to work hardening and breaking. I have seen this happen on oil cooler lines on other brands of tractors.
Replace the vibrating section with hydraulic hose. The copper is surprising as steel seems to be standard for dynamic things like tractors. A short piece of hydraulic hose where it broke may help also. Copper get brittle way faster than steel.
It's under warranty and needs its 50 hour service so I'll have them replace it.. but if I have more issues I'm gonna replace with steel if they don't..
