I'm looking at a good deal on Frontier CA 2060E core areator. Someone bought it and decided it was too big for his lawns so he traded it back in and the local JD dealer is selling it used. It was never in the ground and looks brand new. It has 6 spoons per hub as compared to 8 on heavy duty models. It has ten hubs. The E stands for economy model but it has a nice heavy frame and good size HD spoons. I was looking for anybody who is running a 6 spoon CA of any kind and are they getting good results. This is a really good deal, I can get it for 500.00 less than a new one and 1000.00 less than an 8 spoon model. The ground has settled up nicely and I got it to try this wkend on a piece of ground that is just like my lawn. I sure hope it does a good job. Thanks

You should get better soil penetration with 6 rather than 8 anyway. If you can get it for around $1000, It should be a winner. Ken Sweet
