I installed the new hydraulic cooler and lines on my CK20H (talked about in an earlier thread). My question is are the banjo bolts supposed to be installed so that the holes in the side of the bolt line up with the incoming line? As I have it now with the bolts snug but not over tightened they do not line up. If I backed the bolts off so the hole lines up they don't seem tight enough. I don't want to have a restriction in the system.

On a short drive down the road in low range the tractor didn't seem to go as fast as I remember. I don't know if this is related to the above question or if it is another problem.

It doesn't matter what direction the holes are in. The inside of the banjo fitting is hollowed out to allow flow around the whole interior diameter.
