Coulter/ middle buster ID

Can anyone identify the mfg. Of this, or they year? On the clamp , there is a small symbol that looks like a JD put together.On the wheel, there is a circle with an H in it.

Hard to see it with the shadows. I got it in a barter deal. Works really well with the limited cat 1, it lifts the plow higher with the extended chassis.Planet jr planetized 6875 is stamped on the plow itself.It might be homemade with parts purchased and assembled, but I'm not sure. It would be neat to know.
