Couple Ck2510 questions

The 3pt. on my tractor is jerky when raising. Is this normal on this model? Its almost like it raises in very small increments instead of smoothly. This is aggrevating, especially when trying to raise an implement slowly. Is there an adjustment?

And also, is it possible to switch the hydraulic lines around, that are off my loader and that sit low to the ground? Well, I know its possible, just how do I go about doing it and how much fluid is expected to be lost? Thanks

Mine 3pt raises smoothly. I switched my lines around not much fluid lost less than a quart.

Yes that is what I want to do with my lines. Did you have to bleed the lines, or just work the loader up and down?

I don't know about your specific model. but most of these have an adjusting screw on the MLS valve for smooth movement. This was just discussed: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kioti-owning-operating/370408-3pt-hitch-buming-shaking.html

Yes I saw that post and video. Mine doesn't have those symptoms, at least not yet. It just raises very jerky. But then again, maybe I do need to adjust the mls. Thanks

When did you last NOT experience this? And since that time what has changed?

Higher engine RPMs and multiple, concurrent valve operations will tend to cause things to jerk, especially with a load. I've managed to get some excavators feeling like bucking broncos when trying to curl the bucket (filled with heavy crap/clay), move the arm and swing the platform all at the same time.

well, I can't place exactly when it wasnt doing this. This past weekend I really noticed when I was trying to raise my post hole auger very slowly. My father in law was helping attach it to the tractor(cause their awkward lol) and I was trying to raise the 3pt. up very slowly and it is almost like it has set positions it raises instead of smoothly. i'm going to try and make an adjustment on the MLS? this weekend and see if that helps any.

Bringing back a little bit older thread, but i finally got around to make an adjustment on the MLS valve this week. Today I got the tractor out for a few minutes and I noticed a louder than normal whistle(?) Sound. It was most noticeable when I would bring the rpm's down. It sounded like it was coming from the injection pump. Isn't the pump on the side of the engine? Anyways, would messing with the MLS valve have changed anything that is harmful?

Isn't the hydraulic pump also on that side also.
Miss adjusting the MLS valve may somehow be causing the hydraulics to run into the relief ( I am not a hydraulics expert but its possible since you just messed with the valve)
