Couple of ? about my 3054xs

I have a couple of dumb ?'s...first the engine oil needs to be changed, but I am not sure which is the drain plug. There are two side by side underneath attached to what looks like oil pans, but why two? Or is this not the engine oil plugs?

Second I found the Hydraulic check level windowand it is low, i'm guessing that the fluid can go right above that where is says "oil" or in the rear location that his plugged with a shepherds hook looking thing?

I have a CK, but it sounds similar. Yes, there are 2 drain plugs, one on either side of the drive shaft for the 4WD. 2 so that everything drains completely. There are 2 hydraulic check ports, sounds like you found the dipstick. The one with the hook is the fill port, not the dipstick.

Check your manual for these spots, if you don't have one, you can find one online I'm sure. I don't know if anyone here has a LK, but if there is, they will help you more that I can.

I have an '04. You can fill the transmission/hydraulic sump using either of the ports you located; I found the one on the top of the transmission to be easier to use than the vent on the rear and there is no "dip stick" on these units
