Coyote Loader

I am looking at a C5 Coyote articulated loader tractor. The owner said both hyd. pumps have been rebuilt, but after you run the loader for 10 or 15 minutes, high range starts to slow down.
Does anyone kniw anything about these loaders ??
Is there anywhere I can call to find out where to look ??
