Crushed Rock (TBSC 3/4") pad for 28x36' carport. Need advice/ideas on leveling

MY pasture is mostly clay at the 6-10" depth. Cleared surface for leveling and grading. Had not contoured and leveled the soil before TBSC was dumped and spread. Now have crushed rock on an almost 1.5 foot slope. The material will compact well and I don't care to have a side berm. Do I clear the rock and level. I have a Kubota MX5200HST.
Just an aggravated old vet, but gives me something to mess with. :

My SIL wants a 20 foot freight container, and I went over and leveled the spot,,, before the gravel came.
my SIL questioned why I leveled BEFORE the gravel came.

Well,,, after I leveled,,, the gravel came,,, THEN,,, I let my SIL level the gravel with the JD 855.
He then realized the importance of pre-leveling the area.

You say you are an old vet,,, like me,,, enjoy life,, spend the 20-30 minutes moving the gravel,,,
THEN level the dirt,,, and put the gravel BACK.

In the long run,, you will be MUCH happier!! :cool2:

P.S.,,
I ordered the gravel while my SIL was on vacation. the load was 17 tons.
When he came back, He started using the gravel, for EVERYTHING.
I can not think of a better gift I could have given him. They now have several trails in the woods, nicely graveled.
It has been a great way for him to learn how to run the JD 855 and loader.
He may need another load!! :confused2:

rehsawg, did you ever move the gravel?

My SIL got his freight container!!

Perfectly level, side to side,,, down about 2 inches at the doors.
Just what the tractor ordered!!
