CT Farm Museum Show this weekend

Hi Folks - I just wanted to put this out there. I read in the paper today - 2nd annual Zagray Farm Museum Show July 17th and 18th. Opens @ 8am - it's on RT 85 in Colchester - about a mile and a 1/2 from the center of town. Hopefully some of us New Englanders can get out to support the show. Seems like we have very few of these types of events around here - they are featuring tractor displays, engines, cars, trucks, assorted specialty equipment... and a swap meet - tag sale, flea market. Both days include field demonstrations of tractor and farm animal implements - hayrides and an antique steam shovel. Sounds like fun to me!

Let me know if any CT folks are going - I plan to take the family out on Saturday - hopefully we'll see some folks there.

Figured I would update this old thread. Looks like at this point the Zagray farm is still happening this fall on Oct 3rd and 4th after the summer show and spring show was cancelled.

This weekend however on Saturday September 19th 2020, there is a tractor show at Burr farm 1065 Killingworth Road in Higganum Ct off of route 81 south. This is put on by Tobacco Valley Flywheelers Gas and Steam Engine Club. Gates open at 7AM, free parking.
