Cub 6284

Is there a dealer or someone very knowledgable about the Cub 6284 tractor? Thanks

The only thing I know about the 6284 is that my CC dealer had one sitting on his lot today.

First time I had seen one in the flesh. That is one serious looking tractor!

If you get it please make sure to post some pictures.

I've had a 6284 since last Fall. ( about 100 + hrs)
No expert but what do you wanna know ?

Graybeard, I was considering getting a 6284 because of the problems with my 2004 5234D. But Cub Cadet and my dealer took care of everything and now I have a new 2006 model 5234D.

Hopefully things will be different, I'm optimistic that they will.

I just got my 6284T yesterday.....I will see shortly how rugged it is...already
spun the tires picking up a boulder...........other than that she seems pretty smooth..........n

I would like to know if anyone is having problems with the 4wd system that automatically engages when needed? Any problems with the CAT diesel? Rough running? Any trans problems? Any other problems?? thanks

I've got the 6284.....not many hrs. on it though...so far no problems and it has the Cat diesel....
