I have the 2150 cub cadet. Bought it at least 7 or 8 years ago, maybe longer. It still runs great except that the grass has a hump in each pass instead of being level. The mower deck has two blades, both are brand new and the belts are also new.
The blades do not over lap, there is a space of about 1/2 between the blades where they pass each other. I cannot imagine how they could overlap without hitting each other eventually. So, I am assuming, since the blades are new, that they are supposed to have a space where they pass each other.
But the grass is not cutting flat.
Those small wheels that go on the mower deck are gone, and when you look at the deck from the side it is angled down toward the front of the mower. It is not level
Before I buy those little wheel and see why the deck is not level does anyone know for sure if that is the reason why the mowing pass is not flat. I really can't see why that would have any effect on the hump that I get when my mower makes a pass, but it is all that I can see that might be the cause.
Anyone got any ideas
Thank You
