Cub cadet 7530 No longer available parts?

Hi all: I have a Cub Cadet 7530. I'm needing the part MA-08401020328 (oil seal) to complete a repair. This is a Mitsubishi part since they made the engine and powertrain from this model. It came out that the part is "no longer available" which I ve been told by Cub Cadet it's discontinued. I tried to find an aftermarket one but no luck. Also I checked with Mahindra 1500 serie which also made by Mitsubishi but no luck either. Any help? Thanks!

Perhaps a bearing supply house or good automotive supply if it is a standard seal type to where it could be matched?

Thank you all for your suggestions. I'm happy to say that I founded the part at Cub Cadet parts direct. The parts is discontinued but somehow the had it in stock.
