Cub Cadet LTX 1042 Owners opinions.

I need an economical tractor to mow/mulch 2.4 mostly flat acres with sparse grass and lots of trees. This mower will probably get used every 2-3 weeks year round in Tampa. The 1042 looks like a good choice and I intend to properly maintain it for a long life. Your opinions would be appreciated.

Also would Mobil 1, 0W-40 prolong engine life?
Are there aftermarket oil and air filters?
