Hello everyone I bought this mower as a project. Got the mower cheap, said one side was weak so they sold the motor off of it. I found a engine got it running. The right side is weak forward But has the same power as the other side in reverse ? That dont make any sense to me. If that side pump was weak would't it be weak forward and reverse?

Three things that I can think off. The linkage on the forward weak side is loose allowing extra movement. Bad check valve in the pump allowing bypass in the forward directions or a problem with the wheel motor.
