Wow. Yet another thing for Cubs fans to be sad about. Yet another loss to St. Louis - as Bud is from St. Louis.

However, playing lawyer, I don't believe it is legal to have exclusivity in beer. In other words, a brewer cannot pay a retailer to only carry their products. There must be competitive brands. That doesn't mean Old Style will be one of the competetive brands --- but there will be choice.

Unfortunately, none of that matters with respect to the dismal on field performance of the Cubs. Go CARDS.
