Being somewhat of a procrastinator, I just finished up the worst day of the year, the day of taxes. Cure for the tax blues? Rototilling in the rain!! I signed my 1040, grabbed the bota key, and tilled the acre we have planted already. It started to pour, and I didn't care! I was reborn for another year! A refund and tractortime on the same day, I can only think of one thing better....... rototilling in the sun.
Life is good again.

Wow, an actual refund. I haven't seen one of those in years.
Except for calling my accountant to have him file an extension and leaving him a check to send in towards my quartly's, I haven't started my tax work yet.
I to am a procrstinator when it comes to all that paper work.

I haven't had to pay any state tax's yet, but as of last year I have to file state paper work. My quartly payments for the year would easly make the monthly payments on the TC35D that I want /w3tcompact/icons/sad.gif
But then again, if I don't pay my taxs like a good boy, I could wind up in the Big House and that would mean No Seat Time at all.

I suppose they wouldnt allow tractors on the farm at the big house. Not that theyd be much good for a fast getaway.

The only cure works for me is time...paying in so someone can use the money to study ants breeding, or someone just plain doesn't want to work and has there hand out for more tax dollars...etc...

I have to keep my check book balance, and the people we vote into office should keep the tax paper check book balance...okay enough before I have a cup of decaf and start whinning.

the only way to win the game is to know the rules. there are ways to keep your money ya just hafta delay SOME seat time but the implement purchases are worth the delayed gratification. yes it's straining but worth it < smile>
