Well now that I have the cab installed and ready to go......it hasn't snowed a half inch since Christmas week. Oh but the snow and cold made sure I was miserable up to the point the cab was installed. Weatherman says snow is coming tonight, I keep looking out the window and no snow. Think he lied again. Its like getting a new set of golf clubs for Christmas and having to wait for spring to use them. I'll continue my snow watch, praying to the snow god, doing my snow dance hoping to get some serious snow and get the green machine and the blower going. Otherwise, I am gonna have to go buy a snow making machine just so I can see how well its going to do. Somebody send some snow this way so I can get in the seat and do some time! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Hey Wild Bill, it's 11:30 pm and we're getting lots of snow up here just south of Big Rapids, looks like I'm gonna get some seat time in tomorrow /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif is it snowing down there or raining? I hope that for your sake it's snowing, unless ya wanna load that bad boy up and come up here and play? I've got lots of snow plowing to do and even though I love to "work" with my new tractor, it does get alittle chilly after the first 3-4hrs of plowing. Besides if I don't use the tractor for plowing I can drop the plow, put on the bucket and go out in the woods and fetch firewood, it's all good! Have a great weekend!

Well, we ended up getting about 3 inches. I got up this morn at 5 just to see. Had to wait for the rest of the family to pretty much get up before going out and starting the tractor. Didn't want to wake the dogs and have them barking and waking everyone up. At least I got some seat time today. Then the father-in -law came out and wanted to give it a spin....GRRRRRRRRRR. What can I say, I showed him how to work everything and he finished doing the snowblowing.

Sometimes, you just gotta look up and say why me.....lol /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Hey wild bill, we ended up with 8-9 inches of heavy snow. It took me 6hrs to do all of my plowing, send up your f-i-l next snow storm... I'll be happy to let him finish the last hour or two of plowing, it's fun at first but..... I love running my tractor every chance i get but after plowing at my old job the last 30yrs, plowing snow gets kind of old. The snow got really wet and heavy and was difficult to push by 2 in the afternoon, I was sliding all over the place. Hope the next storm gets you the lions share of the white stuff, then you can have lots more time to share with your f-i-l /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Have a great day tomorrow, and a fantastic week!
