I think he wants to pimp his ride.
Maybe he can find a hood scoop he could glue to the hood and then add some tear away vinyl graphics or yellow flames.
Normally to pimp a garden tractor, you just put moon hubcaps on, but I guess you have to keep up with the times.

A "Euro" hood is an actual John Deere part used on the european 755 tractors and is available in the US under a different part number.
It incorporates par 38 style headlamps and a higher nose-brow for better front end sight, along with a more modern intake grill.
Can't find the part number, but will get a photo of one next week.
