Hi Coobie,
I have to say, you hit the bull's-eye on this thread. In February of this
year, I purchased a new CK20 (s) with HST, FEL, and a backhoe from Michigan Iron & Equipment of Morrice, Mi.
As luck would have it, my tractor, probably one in a thousand, came Factory
new with a defective throw out bearing and it whined some of the time. Bob
& Denise saw to it that the tractor got the repairs promptly at their shop in Morrice, Mi. At the same time, Bob had the crew install the cold start
factory upgrade for the engine. Even though the throw out bearing stopped making the noise I had heard, Bob still chose to inspect the tractor to make sure. This is no small task as some of you know because it involves splitting he two halves of the tractor. Sure enough, the bearing had failed enough to do damage to the pressure plate.
Kioti's warranty covered the repair in full with Michigan Iron seeing to it that the machine was quickly diagnosed and repaired professionally. I was also impressed that it came back with a full fuel tank, and clean as a
whistle. When they take a bolt out to split the Kioti, naturally the famous
Kioti gray paint job gets a little chip. That fails Bob's scrutiny and gets
painted like new. He also checked everything else out to make sure the
tractor was perfect including replacing a rear tail light bulb I did not
even know was not working and a SMV placard I had damaged. To top all
this, the tractor never ran better. I sure do appreciate this kind of dealer care. That's what I call going the extra mile. I stand with coobie in applauding this hard working team,Bob and Denise of Michigan Iron& Equipment as they meticulously care for their customers.
Oh yeah! I almost forgot. Wait until you see the great pallet forks and
front bucket reinforcing their crew fabricates right there at their facility. Hats off to Tony of Michigan Iron for his clever and skilled hand.
Customer service really is alive and well at Michigan.....(Iron)
