One thing we have added recently is a LIVE answering service that is fully on duty 24/7 and holidays and weekends. This service will only answer if all of our other lines are tied up with other customers or after business hours. You will not get a busy signal. The LIVE operator will ask for Name, Zip code, Phone # and Email address and the product interested in. If you will leave your Email address and Phone #, we will try to get your question answered ASAP,even after hours. That leads me to the second service we now have in place for our customers. We are now rotating Emails with a special "after hours service team" that will be able to answer many of your questions even when the stores are closed.
