What is the smallest Kubota model that you can get a factory cab on?

I've been to the Kubota website and done the "build one" thing, but cabs don't seem to be an option until you get into the 50+ horsepower class, which is just about twice as much tractor as I'd be looking for.

Just daydreaming at this point, but one never knows...:thumbsup:

A very popular small cabbed Kubota is the B3030. Expensive tho, and the cabs for these small tractors are definitely not as nice as on the bigger units.

Be careful...in my opinion, like the B3030, (just looked at one some time ago) (those CUT) are too small for a cab and they are very tippy. I had a JD 3720, and it rocked back and forth along a trail. i upgraded to a 4720, it's much better but not totally stable. Yes, I used duel wheel weights on the rear.

Check out the B2650 and B3350 models. These are both small frame models in the 25- 30 hp range.

I had considered a cabbed B3350, but it was just a tad too tall. Spread the rear wheels for stability. The B3350 looked nice, by the way.

I don't understand how people perceive a cab tractor being so tippy compared to the same one that is open station.My cab roof is plastic and basically hollow;were is all the weight coming from?I think it's just the idea of being closed in.
I would guess the cab on my tractor only adds 300-400lbs if that.I just plastic and glass.

There is also a difference between tractor brands ... I test drove a Deere 4044r cab and it felt extendable tippy compared to my 1648 Massey cab. Could just be that I was unfamiliar with it, But I have also heard others comment on it so maybe I was right

Isolation mounts on a cab. Remember an open ROPS is usually attached to the frame while the cab must isolate the operator while still being able to protect in a roll over. Cabs therefore often have degrees of freedom that the operator can perceive as being less stable. Some have the air conditioner in the roof which can add weight high but many have low mounted air conditioners. Roof weight is negligible but glass is heavy.

The cabs on the 3r deeres are heavy [check the weight diff]. The ROPS is a made different, and as others have said, the AC is up there and all of that curved automobile-quality glass is heavy.
A third party bolt-on cab will weigh a lot less. Dealer also mentioned that the rear of the tractor is different between the open station and cabbed 3r's. I don't remember the details of what, probably due to the ROPs mounting or something.
