I think we agree on the same things.
What I was saying is that without management, there would not be a company. What most people think is without workers, there would not be a company.
No, I'm not in management... I'm just a peon that gets the extra work dumped on me. But I do know that without their decision-making and leadership, there would not be an company to work for; that is the "American Way" (work hard = rewards).
The ENRONS, TYCOS, etc. all started years and years ago when a lot of companies were cheating on the books. Heck, our own President set the example... he was a liar with few morals, so I guess the ENRONS, TYCOS, Martha Stewarts, etc. figured if the leader of the free world could do it and get away with it, then it must be OK! Time caught up with them and now dues are being paid.
