Cylinder location 184 Low Boy

any body know where cylinder (piston) # 1 is located ? Radiator or seat end?
Also how many turns of the engine does it take to bring #4 piston to tdc on compression after you adjust the valves for when piston #1 is at tdc on compression?

Its really hard to answer this question not being able to see the engine, but im pretty sure that cylinder one is on the radiator side. The firing order is 1-3-4-2.

Thanks, now I have to figure out whether the valves are adjusted correctly. Two of us worked on it after valves 7 & 8 were replaced and are not sure if they were adjusted in the right order (proper procedure) as far as how many turns of the engine to get 1 and 4 up at tdc (on compression) since cylanders 1 & 4 come up at the same time and adjust valves 1235 and then 4678.
